Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, we understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment.

 

To ensure that we can serve all patients fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.

2. For cancellations made 2 weeks or less before your scheduled appointment, a fee of $250 will be charged to cover administrative and operational costs.
